Once a week you download files from Bolt, Uber and FreeNow and upload them in Settlements → Import settlements. The app identifies the drivers and the week and calculates payouts from the template. Before anything is saved, it shows a preview. Below is the whole process step by step, from downloading the file in the platform portal to saved settlements. The screenshots show the Polish version of the panel; the English labels are given in the text.
Step 1. Download the files from the platforms
You need files for one full settlement week, Monday to Sunday. Upload a file from each platform your drivers work on. You do not need all three.
Bolt — “Driver earnings” (CSV)
- Sign in to Bolt Fleet and go to Finance → Reports → Driver earnings.
- In the top-right corner, select the Last week period.
- Click Download and select Driver earnings. The file is named
Driver earnings-….csv(Zarobki na kierowcę-….csvin the Polish panel).

Uber — “Payments – driver” (payments_driver CSV)
- Sign in to Uber Fleet Hub, go to Reports and click Generate report.
- In the Report type field, select Payments – driver.
- In Time range → Payment window, select the previous week. Uber shows it as “Monday to Monday”; the app reads it as the week from Monday to Sunday.
- In Select organizations, tick your company and click Generate.
- After a moment the report appears in the list. Click Download. The file is named
…-payments_driver-….csv.

FreeNow — earnings from the portal (ZIP)
- In the FreeNow business portal, open Earnings in the left menu.
- Set the date range to the same week, Monday to Sunday.
- Click the download icon. Upload the downloaded ZIP without unpacking it: it contains the data with and without VAT.

The app also accepts a single CSV from the FreeNow portal and FreeNow PDFs: trip history and the self-billing invoice.
Step 2. Upload the files in the app
Go to Settlements → Import settlements. You can also open this screen with the Upload platform files button on the Settlements page, and, once the week already has data, from More → Upload files again.

If you do not remember where the report is in the platform portal, click ? next to Bolt, Uber or FreeNow. A short guide with screenshots and a link to the portal will appear. Full guide with screenshots opens the guide next to the upload box. On your first import the guide is expanded automatically; if you collapse it, the app remembers that.

Drag the files into the box or click Select files. You can upload several files at once, for example Bolt and Uber for the same week. Remove a file added by mistake with the cross. Then click Analyse files.

Step 3. Check the recognised files and the week
Below the upload box you will see a card for each file with its type (e.g. Bolt (CSV), Uber CSV, FreeNow CSV/ZIP) and the detected period. If something is missing in a file, a yellow warning appears here, e.g. about a missing column or a row that could not be read.
In the Settlement period section, check that the Active period is the right week. The period is read from the file name, so do not rename the downloaded files. If the files point to different weeks or the period cannot be detected, select it yourself in the Settlement week (Mon–Sun) field.

Step 4. Match unrecognised drivers
The app looks for the driver first by the remembered platform ID, then by e-mail, phone and finally by first and last name. Rows that cannot be assigned unambiguously go to the Rows requiring manual matching section with the status No match or Multiple matches. For each row, choose one option:
- Select a driver… — assign the row to a driver you already have in the app, e.g. when they use a different e-mail in the platform portal.
- Create driver from file — add a new driver with the data from the report. Create all unmatched drivers does this for all such rows at once.
- Skip — do not save this row in this import.

When creating drivers, a window opens with the people from the files, their platform, e-mail and phone. If the same person drives on two platforms, the app suggests merging them: tick This is the same person — create one driver. Click Create drivers and the preview is recalculated straight away with the new people.

After a manual choice, the app remembers the driver's Bolt, Uber or FreeNow ID. Next week it will match them automatically.
Step 5. Read the preview before saving
The Preview — what will be saved section shows each driver with the name of their template, the calculated Payout and a status. Below each driver you can see which amounts from the files go into the template fields, e.g. gross, net, commission and cash from Bolt and from Uber.

Additional lines may appear below the amounts:
- Empty fields to complete manually — template fields that are not in the platform files, e.g. invoices, bonuses or arrears. Fill them in in the driver's settlement after the import.
- Carried over from the previous week — fields carried over automatically, e.g. a fixed car rent.
- File data not used in the template — amounts from the report that the template does not use, e.g. tips. This is information, not an error. If you want to include them, add them to the template.
- The files do not fill in any template fields. — the template has no field sources set. Click Open template and choose which file columns should fill each field.
Untick a driver in the first column if you do not want to save them now. If a driver gets data from the same platform twice, e.g. after uploading two Bolt files or assigning two rows to one person, you will see a conflict and the driver cannot be ticked. Remove the duplicate file or fix the assignment and click Analyse files again.
Step 6. Confirm the import
Click Confirm import. The number in brackets is the number of ticked drivers. In the confirmation window, check the week and the number of settlements, then click Yes, save.

In the Save result section, each driver shows created or updated. If there is an error for someone, the remaining settlements are still saved and the error explains what to fix.

Then go back to Settlements, complete the manual fields and send the settlements to your drivers.
Importing the same week again
You can upload files for a week that already has settlements, e.g. when a platform corrected its report or one of the files arrived later. The import does not create a second settlement; it updates the existing one. Drivers whose amounts change get the Overwrite status. New amounts are shown in red, with the previous ones struck through next to them. No changes means the files give the same amounts as the saved ones.

Common problems
- Period not detected — the file name was changed. Select the week manually or download the file again.
- Uploaded files indicate different periods — one of the files is from another week. Remove it or select the correct week.
- Unrecognised file — it is not one of the supported reports. Check that you downloaded Payments – driver from Uber and Driver earnings from Bolt.
- Payout 0.00 and a message that the files do not fill in any fields — set the field sources in the template.
- Column count does not match the header — the file was edited after downloading. Download it again from the portal and upload it unchanged.
